December 6 Capital Project Vote

Voters approve $5.6 million capital project

On Tuesday, Dec. 6, district voters approved $5.6 million in capital improvements by a vote of 591 in favor (80%) to 191 oposed (20%). The project focuses on health, safety and infrastructure projects identified in last year’s Building Condition Survey. The proposal is timed with the retirement of existing debt, and it carries no projected tax increase.
