The historical overview of the Niskayuna Central School District produced by the 60th Anniversary Committee is available for the community. This 72-page booklet that features photos from throughout the district's six decades, along with historical write-ups of each school, made its debut at the Niskayuna High School graduation ceremony on June 26.

The booklet will be available at the district offices, in each school's main office, at Town Hall and at the Town Library during July, August, and September. (At Town Hall, booklets may be picked up from the Supervisors Office, and at the library, they are available at the Reference Desk.)

The booklet is available as a PDF document right here. (The 3,650 KB document may take a few minutes to download.)

The 60th Anniversary Committee, which was chaired by Bob Winchester, met throughout the 2013-14 school year, and will continue into the fall. The committee is listed below.

The committee also produced a mosaic image of the Niskayuna "N" logo comprised of more than 1,200 photos from throughout the district's history that were submitted by the community.

That mosaic image can be seen on this page. Click here to see the interactive version, which enlarges the pictures as the viewer scrolls over them.
